NHS Patients & Appointments

We’re currently experiencing high demand, so for routine appointments, active patients can expect a wait time of around 16 weeks from when you get in touch to book.

An “active patient” is someone who has visited the practice within the last two years. If it’s been longer than that, your account may have been deactivated, but don’t worry! Just give us a call, and we’ll be happy to guide you on how to get re-registered.

The cost for a private assessment is £99. Once you’ve booked, a member of our friendly team will give you a call to take the payment over the phone.

Cancelling an Appointment

Please allow 48 business hours notice if you wish to cancel or change an appointment we regret a fee may be levied should this not be given.
