Please call 01932 571200 during these hours to speak to the reception staff who would be delighted to discuss options and book appointments accordingly.

New Patients

All new patients will be requested to fill out a Medical History Form before their initial consultation appointment.

Cancelling an Appointment

Please allow 48 business hours notice if you wish to cancel or change an appointment we regret a fee may be levied should this not be given.

Emergencies

If you are in pain during surgery hours, please telephone and every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible. If you are in need of urgent dental advice or treatment outside surgery hours, please call the Surrey Emergency Helpline on 0845 271 2040.
